My favorite exercise to teach

Push ups are a staple exercise, no equipment needed, and the best move for the upper body and core. They're difficult and complicated to perform every rep correctly. Do your very best to learn how, because it's one of those exercises you'll appreciate you put the time in to learn.


This video demonstrates some great regression exercises that you could do to help you get good at push ups. Building the strength and stability can be difficult at first, but are essential components of doing push ups with good form.
