This is a strength training workout with weights or dumbbells focusing on full-body strength training and muscle hypertrophy in a high-intensity interval format. While the major benefit of this program is fat loss, the benefits of building muscle and strength are just as impressive. You'll need light to heavy dumbbells, 8-20 lbs to push your muscles to fatigue and to new levels, which in turn stimulates the release of good hormones. 30-60 Min classes...DONE!

Restorative yoga is a practice that is all about slowing down and opening your body through passive stretching. In this yoga class we will not move much and will do just a few postures in an hour-long practice. It is a completely different experience than most contemporary yoga. During the long holds, your muscles are allowed to relax deeply. It's a unique feeling because props, rather than your muscles, are used to support your body. Props will be used extensively to support your body so you can hold poses for longer periods of time. Stillness is a powerful practice.
