Ready to work toward losing up to 10 pounds over the next 30 days? The Lean 10 Project is a structured group fat loss phase focused on tightening the habits that drive real results while preserving muscle. This is not a crash diet or a random challenge. It’s a focused month of executing the fundamentals that create lasting body composition change. What to expect Daily Accountability Each day you will check in on the key drivers or steps: • protein intake, • daily steps (goal: 10,000), • hydration, • sleep, • awareness and control of your personal vice, whether that is alcohol, sweets, or excess fats. Strength Training Strength workouts can be done either in-person with me or through my posted recorded workouts. The goal is progressive overload and adaptation so you maintain muscle while creating a calorie deficit. Habit Coaching Throughout the program I provide practical guidance on nutrition, meal frameworks, walking strategies, recovery, and behavior change that support long term success. Direct Coaching and Community Support I actively participate in the group each day, answering questions, providing guidance, and helping keep everyone accountable. Trackable Progress You will monitor your consistency and see how your body responds to focused execution over the 30 days. This program is included for current clients as part of their training plan. New participants may join for $99. We are not chasing exhaustion. We are executing the fundamentals that create real fat loss. Coach Kellie
