You'll receive a daily email reminder and get a notification to do your 'Steps' via any device online or using my app on your iOS device or Android: 1 - Exercise - My approach makes adaptation the sole focus of the programming. Each class is specifically designed to target forms of adaptation rather than simply working out hard or long. 2 - Habit Practice with Tip and Recipes 3- Optional Stretch Check off each step completed and watch your progress in the program and with your body. Expect to receive a Fit By Kellie badge at the end if you complete all steps in the program. You do not need to be local to do this program. All content is online. -Coach Kellie
