LEAN 10 Level Up 30-day program is for women who have already completed Lean 10 Project and are ready for the next step. Maybe you want to maintain the progress made. Maybe you want to continue losing pounds of fat. Either way, this phase is about building on the habits and skills you already started. This is not a reset. It is a progression. The focus is on strengthening the behaviors that actually move the needle over time: protein-centered meals, strength training, walking, food awareness, recovery, mindset, and the ability to keep going even when life gets busy. Participants will continue practicing the basics while learning how to make better choices with more confidence and less drama. The goal is to get leaner, stronger, and more consistent without chasing perfection. This 30-day coaching experience focuses on solidifying the habits of protein intake, strength training, and daily movement while introducing advanced behavior change strategies. Participants learn to manage weekends, social events, and shifting motivation without falling back into all-or-nothing patterns. The program moves away from perfection and toward skill-building, providing simple daily tasks that sustain body recomposition and long-term fat loss. It is designed for midlife consistency and practical, real-world results.
