Never miss your scheduled appointment! Whether this means showing up in-person for our appointment, or a video call using Facetime, Zoom, etc., or doing a LIVE/Recorded session, your workouts will happen. RESULTS It’s easy to let chaos overtake your schedule – UNLESS – "PT Kellie" is on your calendar. The results you'll see with me as your personal trainer are something you can be proud of: confidence and excitement for what’s next. Increased strength, flexibility, and best muscle tone and definition. With my guidance, keep your body safe from injury because of understanding the value of stretching and warming up properly. Injuries can happen to anyone, but I'll know exactly how to work around it, or what to do to help heal. My technical knowledge within my field and science is applied to each exercise program I create, including diet and nutrition. FOCUS My attention to detail focusing on form will keep you on track working towards a goal. Besides counting your reps every step of the way, I'll watch your form with an incredible eye to work on form and make corrections. With a range of weights and different equipment in my home exercise studio, your custom workout programs will always have variety. Over time you'll continue to see the results you're looking for and not feel exercise boredom. POSITIVE ATTITUDE, ENCOURAGEMENT, DEDICATION & RELIABILITY Traveling or have a business trip, I'll research the hotel your staying in and recommend a workout based on the hotel gym equipment.
