I hope you're as excited as I am about getting into this first 30-day module "Fitness". You can connect with other members in this private group, get updates from me, and share pics/videos.


Please ask questions and let me know if I can help you in any way.


The three 30 day challenges are back-to-back and will run from Labor Day to Thanksgiving. Altogether, it's going to be a fun 3 months. Cheers to being fit and ready for the holidays!


Let's do a Zoom meeting this week. BTW, we'll do these 2-3 times in the 30-day challenge, depending on the ability to get the group together on a call. It's much more time-consuming to do individual calls, so I appreciate you trying to make it happen.


Does Thursday at 1:30, 2:00 or 3:00 PM work in your schedule? Or would Friday be better?


Thanks for checking in, and I can't wait to do our first Zoom call. There are a few items I want to talk about and it's easier and more fun on a call where we can see each other and you can meet.

Hi Kellie,

I just read this post. I was looking where can i comment on your videos and I came across this post.

I am so happy I reconnected with you. It has been a week I have been doing the exercises and I already feel so much better ( energy level and lighter). I actually look forward to it.Unfortunately I will have to miss the Zoom sessions since I set up my work appts for later in the day so that I can do my workout.

Thank you again for all that you do and motivating me.
