Want to get lean and gain muscle definition? This online program is designed for those who want fat loss, muscle definition, and total fitness conditioning. With a structured 3-phase 12 week program, each phase consisting of 4 weeks, you'll receive a workout of the day (WOD), have accountability checking of the daily steps, and we'll track your progress, all online. As a part of the program and benefit, you will be added to the Facebook Fit By Kellie subscription groups and will have full video access. Three phases: - Phase 1: Focuses on compound movements with dumbbells and cardio interval training. - Phase 2: The second phase focuses on joint mobility and strength with dumbbells in multi-planar exercises. - Phase 3: The final phase focuses on upper and lower body split programs and bodyweight plyometrics. With my regular guidance, I'll help you train for results whether you are beginner, intermediate, or advanced. This is your chance to get healthy, lose some weight, and feel stronger!
