This is the next 30-day challenge to exercise with consistency and to eat clean for real change in your body. Behaviors and habits have started to become more routine by now. Regular exercise is one side of the fitness equation. The other side is our nutrition. No matter how hard we push ourselves and how consistently we hit the gym, all of that effort doesn't benefit us if we don’t fuel ourselves well. ADAPTATION is what we are after when we embark on a new fitness program. Adaptation is muscle growth, fat loss, greater mobility, athleticism, and ultimately better health and improved aesthetics. My fitness approach makes adaptation the sole focus of the programming. Each workout is specifically designed to target forms of adaptation rather than simply working out hard or long. Keep up with the daily workouts and to change your body composition, eat a diet prioritizing protein, low carbs, but eat unrefined carbohydrates such as whole grains, leafy greens, vegetables and healthy fats. Eat intuitively and enjoy the foods you are used to eating with nutrition in mind. I don't do meal plans or advocate completely eliminating something you like to eat. But, I will guide you in the program toward reducing processed foods, packaged foods, and sugar. When you follow my program you can expect faster results with less work. More muscle, faster fat loss and long term perpetual progress.
